Giftmate Privacy Policy

Giftmate helps you manage wishlists, occasions, gift ideas, follows, and group gifting. To provide the service, we store profile information such as your username, display name, birthday, interests, avatar, follows, wishlists, gift activity, and app usage events.

We use Supabase to authenticate users and store app data. Gift ideas are generated through our server using Anthropic Claude — your messages, friend context (interests, occasion, budget), and refinement text are sent to process those requests. We use analytics (Mixpanel) to improve the product and fix errors. We do not sell your personal data.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. No email or extra steps required. Alternatively, email support@giftm8.app with your account email.
